We deliver using Australia Post Express Post and our deliveries will reach domestic destinations within 4 working days. Parcel destinations in remote regions may experience a longer delivery time.
It will be up to the Australia Post’s contractor as to whether they leave your parcel at its destination if you are not at home to receive it. With this in mind, it’s best to supply a work delivery address whenever possible.
Your satisfaction is of primary importance to us. If any of our products are not what you asked for, you can return them unopened. Only unopened in their original packaging products will be accepted within 30 days of their original purchase. Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not qualify for a refund.
